Register your interest in the mission to Haiti in January, 2012.

Haiti is supported as one of our Global Outreach ministries. The January 12, 2010 earthquake that struck Haiti caused unprecedented loss of life and property. UMVIM (United Methodist Volunteers in Mission) teams have served in Haiti for over thirty years addressing needs of education, health, and housing in collaboration with EMH (Eglise Methodiste d’Haiti).

The priority projects identified are primarily schools, medical clinics, and multi-purpose structures to meet the educational and physical needs of community residents. An additional educational component requested is for spiritual and mental health care following disaster for the community.
