Week 1: Sunday, June 17- Friday, June 22, 2012
Week 2: Sunday, June 24 - Friday, June 29, 2012
Week 3a: Sunday, July 1 - Tuesday, July 3, 2012 ($75/person)
Week 3b: Thursday, July 5 - Saturday, July 7, 2012 ($75/person)
Week 4: Sunday, July 8 - Friday, July 13, 2012
Week 5: Sunday, July 15 - Friday, July 20, 2012
Week 6: Sunday, July 22- Friday, July 27, 2012
Week 7: Sunday, July 29 - Friday, August 3, 2012
Cost for 2012: $175/person (tshirt included. Additional t-shirts $10/each)
Payment Schedule:
Payment 1: $75/person deposit due with Group Application Form
Payment 2: $100/person due May 15, 2012
The $75/person deposit is non-refundable.
Week 3a & 3b payment schedule:
Payment 1: $50/person deposit due with Group Application Form
Payment 2: $25/person due May 15, 2012
FORMS
1. Group Application due with $75/person deposit
2. Group Confirmation Form, Notarized Indemnification Release Form and T-Shirt Sizes are due with $100/person payment on May 15, 2012
3. Medical Release and Video and Photo release form for EVERY participant due according to schedule.

Refund Policy: The $75/person deposit is non-refundable. We will refund the balance of the trip if your numbers decrease before May 15. After final payment is made (May 15), there are no refunds. We’re hiring staff based on the reservations, not trying to stash cash from churches.

Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation letter after you register.
Forms
Yeah, we don't like forms either. Additional forms are required. All medical, liability and photo/video release forms must arrive in our office according to the above schedules. Forms will be sent with your confirmation.
Friday Night Accommodations
Groups have the option to stay over Friday night for an extra charge of $15 per person. This does not include any meals. There are many great options of things to do with your group if you choose to stay over. We have put together a helpful guide to help you and your group see what is available.
